FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: device has center beam with mounted-on chain module of toothed harrow. Horizontal telescopic bar with supporting wheel is installed on universal joint on center beam. Connected to movable link of bar at one side is end of chain module, and at other side, cable connected with winch. With harrow in travelling position, bar is installed by means of winch on bracket along center beam, and cable is secured by wedge clamp in this position.
