FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: plant has drying chamber 1. Container 3 moves in the chamber on rails 2. The chamber is provided with air-tight covers 7 and 8 on its end-face walls, and it has devices for heating and creation of vacuum. The chamber is also provided with fans for air circulation. The container is a mesh semicylinder with rings covered with gauzes resting on rollers of carriages 32 and 33 with their carrier rollers on the rails. The rails pass through the drying chamber under pit 4 with unloading conveyor 5. In the container there are uprights 23 with perforated stems turnable in the radial vertical planes. The container is mounted for rotation about its longitudinal axis for discharge of its contents. The container is provided with a drive, brake, and a retainer. The contents of the container move into the chamber. The chamber is closed air-tight and heated until the inner temperature is sufficient for destruction of the raw material cells, then moistened air is sucked out to create vacuum in the chamber. The rarefaction is sharply turned into normal pressure as the cell membranes are raptured by excess inner pressure. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 23 dwg
