FIELD: agriculture; apiculture. SUBSTANCE: during the period of massive-scale reproduction of drone bees colonies are treated with the use of a pheromone substance containing (equal volume ratios) 1-% solution of 9-keto-2E-decene acid, 0.1-% solution of methyl ester of phenyl acetic acid, and 0.1-% solution of methyl ester of phenyl propionic acid in 96-% ethanol. The dose of application is 0.02-0.03 ml for one swarming plate free from eggs and larvae. EFFECT: higher antiswarming effect.
