FIELD: apiculture. SUBSTANCE: plasticizers are added into polyvinylchloride(PVC). Initially PVC and stabilizing agent are mixed within 20-30 min with 50-70 mass of plasticizer. Polyester of aliphatic acids and ethylene glycol or ester of aromatic acids are used as said plasticizer. Then residue of said plasticizer in which active component is preliminary dissolved is added into thus prepared mixture. The process is followed by mixing and producing of desired plate.
