FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device for suturing tubular organs comprising a casing in the form of a body of revolution made from a resolving material and having external end heads with blunted end edges wherein the central through channel has additionally a healing protective layer of a resolving material whose resolution time exceeds that of the casing material. The end heads are spherical and interconnected in the middle of the casing by sections in the form of truncated cones whose smaller bases face each other, the blunted edges are oval and the smallest casing diameter relates to the diameter of the central channel as 2:1 1.5, while the smallest diameter of the casing relates to the diameter of the spherical heads as 1: 1.3 1.5. Besides, the thickness of the healing protective layer on the walls of the central channel is smaller than that on the outer surfaces of the casing, and the material of the healing protective layer contains a medicinal drug constituted by propolis.
