FIELD: medicine, veterinary. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding of testis of cattle and extraction by solvent followed by separation of desired product as solution. Then purification and drying are carried out. 0.85-0.9 solution of sodium chloride is used as said solvent. Extraction is carried out within 5-60 min at pH 5.0-7.0 and 5-50 C, weight ratio of testis and extract solution being 1: 4-2. Desired product is prepared as solution by sustaining or by filtration of extract, purification being carried out by ultrafiltration through membrane material which passes compounds with molecular weight less 15000-30000 dal.
