FIELD: biochemistry, enzymes. SUBSTANCE: method of hyaluronidase preparing from cattle testicles involves the purification of enzyme from extract. Enzyme is concentrated on the hollow fibers that ensures to separate the substances with molecular mass above 10000 up to 1/8-1/10 of initial volume. Then 4-6 vol.% chloroform is added in the presence of 1 M sodium chloride. Prepared enzyme can be used in medicine for medicinal agent preparing and in scientific investigations also.
