FIELD: water production. SUBSTANCE: water for pouring is taken from the deep levels containing water with the most stability, purity and clearance and located below seasonal layer of clearance drop. Upper and bottom interfaces were determined from the ratio indicated in invention description. Water from the deep layers of Baikal lake is passed through the filter system of rough and fine treatment, sterilization that provides the removal of suspended substances and microorganisms. Treated water is poured into sterile capacities free space of which is filled with ozone-containing oxygen. Pouring and corking capacities were carried out in atmosphere after fine filtration. EFFECT: improved method of drinking water preparing, enhanced quality of product, increased effectiveness of process. 9 cl, 1 dwg
