FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of drinking water in containers. Method of obtaining Baikal drinking water includes water intake 1 from lake Baikal from the layer of deep waters, which have upper Zb and lower Zh boundaries of water intake, its processing 3, sterilisation 4, pouring 6 into containers and corking 7. Upper Zb and lower Zh boundaries of the layer are determined by ratios: Zb/Zl=0.099, Zh =1(m)+0.09 (square root (P(l/sec)/V(cm/sec))(m), Zl(m) is depth of lake in place of water intake, P is debit of water intake, V is maximal rate of precipitation of suspended particle of near-bottom layer, admitted to water intake (cm/sec). Deep water is preliminarily sterilised with UV-radiation, saturated with ozone before pouring into containers, dry ice is introduced into ozone-containing water for pouring into containers, and internal surfaces of corked container is sterilised with ozone when it is turned on its side or turning over. Pouring into containers and corking are carried out under UV-radiation.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase volume of water use, increase storage term of finished product due to ensuring its sterility, increase ecological compatibility of the process due to elimination of emissions of oxygen-ozone mixture into atmosphere and improve marketable qualities of finished product.
