FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of drinking water, including packed into containers of various capacity. Deep water is cooled to temperature of +4÷0 °C, then under pressure in tank 0.2÷0.6 MPa it is saturated with ozone and food gas immediately before bottling and closing. Food gas used is hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, nitrous oxide, oxygen and carbon dioxide. Obtaining qualitative sterilised product of long-term storage in tank, mechanically resistant to compression, which allows transportation and storage tanks in piles.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain packaged drinking water with long storage life with improved physiological, taste and commercial properties.
