FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: products: derivatives of 1,2,4-triazolylthioamides of the formula (I) 
where Q - hydrogen, (lower) alkylthio-group or NR1R2-group where R1 and R2 hydrogen lower alkyl or lower alkenyl or R1 and R2 bound with nitrogen atom form morpholino, piperidino or 4-methylpiperazino-group. Y C1-C4-alkyl substituted for hydroxyl or one or two C1-C4-groups, di-C1-C4-alkoxyphenyl-C1-C4-alkyl or phenoxy-C1-C4-alkyl substituted with C1-C4-alkyl at phenyl end and this alkyl has piperidino-group, or their acid-additive pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Reagent 1: triazolyl dithioether of the formula (II) 
. Reagent 2: amine of the formula (III) YNH2 where Q and Y are indicated above; R4 alkyl-C1-C4. Synthesized compounds show tranquilizing, antidepressant, spasmolytic, antiinflammatory, analgetic and antiperistaltic actions and can be used in chemical-pharmaceutical industry.
