SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of 2- (1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole of the formula (I) where R¹ means hydrogen atom, C_1-4-alkyl group or phenyl group that can be substituted with from 1 to 3 substituents taken among the group including halogen atom, hydroxy-group, nitro-group, C_1-4-alkoxy-group, (C_1-4- alkyl)-amino-group and di-(-alkyl)-amino-group; or the group of the formula (a) C_1-4; Z means hydrogen atom or C_1-4-alkoxy-group; R⁰ means the group of the formula Alk-NR⁴R⁵ where Alk is alkylene group with direct or branched C_1-6-chain; one of R² and R³ means amino-group and another one means amino-group or 5-6-membered saturated heterocyclic group including one or two nitrogen and/or oxygen atoms that is bound through its nitrogen atom being the indicated heterocyclic group can be substituted with C_1-4-alkyl group, phenyl group or halogenphenyl group or the latter of R² and R³ means the group of the formula -SR.
