FIELD: production of chromatographic materials. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by copolymerization of (meth)acrylic acid and m- or p-divinylbenzene or their mixture at mass ratio 1:3. The process takes place in aqueous medium in the presence of stabilizing agent. Suspension of mixture of water soluble starch and glycerine at mass ratio 3:1 is used as said stabilizing agent.
