SUBSTANCE: method involves charging of solid wastes and carbon-containing fuel into slag melt, supply of oxygen-containing gas above and below slag melt surface; within charge loading region, intensity of feed of oxygen-containing gas above melt surface is raised by 10-30% due to reduction of feed intensity above other part of melt; area of high intensity of oxygen-containing gas feed is 0.1-0.3 of total area of melt.
