FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: device has a housing with the aid of which it is fastened to the electric motor. The pasteurizer shaft is put on the electric motor shaft. A rotor with the axial pump is located on the pasteurizer shaft cantilevered. The inner and outer covers coaxially closing the rotor from both sides are disposed immovably in the housing. The interior sides of the covers from the rotor side and the face sides of the rotor have bucket-shaped cells forming the movable and stationary cavities. The cells have channels feeding liquid. The channels discharging the gas phase are located between the cells. The liquid discharge is carried out through a hole in the housing. The principle of the pasteurizer operation is based on the conversion of mechanical energy supplied to the rotor into thermal energy at the expense of the liquid swirl.
