SUBSTANCE: plant has flexible variable-volume evaporator connected through steam-liquid adiabatic channel to refrigerator which is connected to delivery pipe, both forming U-shaped oscillatory loop filled with liquid that functions as pendulum and participated in forming working medium. Connected to steam-liquid adiabatic channel is suction pipe provided with check valve. Oscillatory movements of liquid pendulum are converted into mechanical or electric work within converters whose function can be performed by displacement pumps, linear generators, axial-flow circulating-loop turbines, and submersible hydraulic turbines.
