An insertable insole for shoe has mutually secured an upper and lower layers, made of hydrophilic material. A mean layer, arranged between the above mentioned upper and lower layers, has through mutually connected cavities. The cavities of mean layer include the above mentioned moisture absorbing material, placed in them in such a way, that it has a direct contact with the upper and with the lower layers. The moisture absorbing material, arranged in the cavities of the mean layer, includes pelletized aluminium oxide, containing in its pores calcium chloride in quantity 8-12 mass EFFECT: enhanced quality of shoes with such insole. 8 cl
