FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this apparatus includes nonmagnetic casing that houses source of magnetic field, which includes at least four permanent magnets disposed symmetrically relative to casing axis and at right angles to its working surface, and source of light whose optic axis is coincident with casing axis. Source of magnetic field is provided with reversible electric motor whose axis goes along casing axis and pairs of permanent magnets make up multi-pole magnetic clutch or ring and its unlike poles face working surface of casing whose cover is its working surface positioned for axial movement and fixation for adjusting magnetic induction on working surface. EFFECT: substantially shorter period of treatment of such diseases of locomotor system and articulations as osteochondrosis, radiculitis, spondylosis, arthritis, and lumbago; lower rate of cerebrospinal traumas and inflammations of various sorts of tissues. 7 cl, 2 dwg
