FIELD: medicine; may be used in performance of physiotherapeutic procedures in diseases of human locomotor system with use of various combinations of magnetic fields of combined structure and radiation of optical frequency bands possessing high active biological effect. SUBSTANCE: apparatus is portable, small-size and contains at least four main and additional magnets located, respectively, on rotating impeller and fixed plate. Main permanent magnets are made with different value of magnetic induction and installed on blades of impeller with the same or different poles to body working surface. Impeller is made for possible variation of speed and direction of rotation. Apparatus also has source of light radiation, one of which is located in center of working surface, while the other, on the fixed plate. Sources located on fixed plate are of different power of radiation. Control unit has control panel with switches for variation of speed, direction of impeller rotation and conditions of treatment for possible their indication, and also diagram of switching of light radiation sources and diagram of synchronization of rotation speed of impeller and switching-on of sources of light radiation. Higher activity of biological effect of apparatus is attained due to formation on its working surface of rotary permanent magnetic field of pulse-oscillating nature with saw-like variation of value of magnetic induction over trajectory of location of magnets on impeller and formation on working surface of alternating field of pulsing nature with radially running from center or to center variation of value of radiated power in optical band of frequencies and also combined effect on bioobject of rotating magnetic and light fields. Higher activity of biological effect of apparatus increases, it is convenient in use due to multifunctional control of dozens possible working conditions, and switchings may be performed by patient himself or by medical personnel on the control panel located directly on apparatus body.
