SUBSTANCE: device has truck with frame and cargo platform mounted on it with units for securing platform to frame; platform is provided with cable-and-block mechanisms connected with winches. Units for securing the platform to frame are detachable in their construction and are made in form of pins-catchers mounted on frame and engageable with mating seats on cargo platform.
