FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft ground handing facilities, particularly, for use on aircraft and ship decks. Proposed device comprises lifting device, suspension assemblies and transport trolley. Lifting device consists of frame 1 whereto stationary support 2 and mobile support 1 are secured, and cable system 4. Said frame 1 has openings 5 to secure moving support 3 and cable system 4 for suspension of diverse cargoes with different fastening belts and centers of gravity. Said cable system 4 is provided with equalising balance 13 Suspension assembly 36 comprise LH and RH assemblies for them to be secured to aircraft beam holder 31 and to lifting device cable tips 12. Winch 16 serves to tension cables 10 and 15 of cable system 4. Operator used said winch 16 to lift cargo to required height by lever 35 to align cargo fasteners with mating assemblies of aircraft beam holder assemblies 31.
EFFECT: transverse stability of cargo.
