FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to airfield equipment, particularly, to appliances designed to carry, lift and suspend cargoes to aircraft. Proposed device comprises car with frame and cargo handler arranged thereon. Cargo handler is equipped with universal support and rope system coupled with aircraft suspension system and winch. Rope system is equipped with equalising balance, rollers and tips for connection to suspension components. One of pulleys of rope system that doubles as equalising balance, is furnished with roller built therein while second pulley is pivoted on winch bar and provided with pin and roller. Said support is made up of disks articulated with support base ears to allow their rearrangement and locking. Said disks are provided with different-diameter recesses to allow contact with different cargoes of mating diameters.
