FIELD: medicinal and veterinary virology. SUBSTANCE: capsicoside is used for rotaviruses inactivation. Inactivation of virus-containing material is carried out by addition of capsicoside at final concentration 0.005% and above, and mixture is kept at the room temperature for 1 hr and more. Development of virulicide action of preparation is controlled by disappearance of virus infection on the cultured cell СПЭВ. EFFECT: increased effectiveness of inhibitor. 3 tbl
