FIELD: oil-well drilling. SUBSTANCE: locking end, anchor unit, and sealing member are placed on lock cylinder installed on borehole so to be turned around, and interact with anchor unit base in axial moving. The lock cylinder is related to lower stopper of borehole through fast-acting detachable joint. Anchor unit base is installed on upper end of sealing member. Anchor members are made in the form of paws connected to the base. Anchor unit paws are either rigidly connected to the base or hinged to the base and have elastic compressing member. Slips are secured on anchor unit paws. There is a projector on each paw. EFFECT: increased reliability of the packer to overlap hermetically borehole and placing different equipment. 6 cl, 4 dwg
