FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for hermetic sealing of bore-hole and location of various equipment by means of packer. Packer has barrel with lower stop, sealing member installed on lower stop, anchor unit, locking taper with fixing mechanism, power unit connected with barrel and interacting with locking taper. Locking taper is kinematically connected with anchor arms and at axial displacements it can spread out or retract anchor arms. At maximal upward travel, locking taper can engage with anchor arms and be locked on barrel by fixing mechanism. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 dwg
