FIELD: pump and compressor engineering. SUBSTANCE: additional solenoid drive is interposed between the working chambers of delivery units. The working chambers do not abut upon the main solenoid drive. The additional solenoid drive is constructed as two coils with central stators. The opposite poles of the stators are mounted inside each delivery unit working chambers abutting upon the additional solenoid drive. The blower has the even number of delivery units and solenoid drives arranged over a ring. The delivery unit working chambers abutting upon each main solenoid drive are in communication with the sucking branch pipe through additional sucking valve and connecting pipe lines. The delivery unit working chambers abutting upon each additional solenoid drive are in communication with the delivery branch pipe through additional delivery valve and connecting pipe lines.
