FIELD: pumping fluids. SUBSTANCE: unit has two concave disks and diaphragm clamped between them. The right and left working chambers are interposed between disks and diaphragm. The solenoid drive has armature made up as magnetically conducted projection secured at the central part of the diaphragm from the side of the right chamber, coils, and magnetic conductor the open part of which answered to the projection is arranged inside the right chamber. The sucking and delivery branch pipes are in communication with each chamber through the same valves and connecting pipe lines. The number of units is even and the units are arranged over a ring. The diaphragm of each unit has additional armature secured at its central part from the side of the left chamber. The additional armature is made up as a magnetic projection. The magnetic conductor of the drive of each unit has additional open part positioned inside the left chamber of adjacent unit and answered to the respective projection of the additional armature of the adjacent unit. The magnetic conductor is constructed as two central equidistant stators provided with the coils. The opposite poles of the stators are positioned inside the chambers. The open parts are made up as spacers between the opposite poles. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 dwg
