The shell has cylindric baffle and coupled with the bushings through spokes. The bushing is made in block with the driving pulley. The discharging chute with a deflector is positioned at the top part of the passageway. The locator of the fixed crank axle engages a vehicle. The branch pipe with the controller is mounted on one of the ring parts of the axle. The bushing is mounted on one of the bent part of the axle. The chute is pivotally connected with the branch pipe.
