FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has transit passage 10 and spillway passage 6, axle 11 with drive unit which carries filter element 3 provided with shut-off members 4 immersed in wells. Mounted on sides of transit passage 10 for possible remote turning are load-carrying hollow axles 11 which hold filter elements 3 at angle together with vibration nets 1 on hinges 2 mounted on them at front part, and mounted at rear part are radius-type gates 4 for closing spillway passages 6. Also installed in spillway passages 6 on hollow axles 11 at angle are similar filter elements 3 having vibration nets 1 on hinges 2 and radius-type gates 4 to close drain trough, connecting with setting chambers hydraulically connected with clean water accumulator 15. Besides, rigidly fastened on free ends on load-carrying hollow axles 11 are timer drives seated in wells located at outer sides of boards of transit passage 10 and sides of spillway passages 6, with possibility of filling timer drives with water through hollow axles 11 from transit passage 10 and spillway passage 6, and also with possibility for emptying timer drives into wells which are hydraulically connected through drain troughs with setting chambers 16, and hydraulically connected with clean water accumulators.
