FIELD: wastewater treatment. SUBSTANCE: wastewater is treated with sulfuric acid to bring its pH value to that needed for decomposition of the thiosulfate complex. Then wastewater is continuously treated in the glow discharge zone at 500-2,000 V and 50-150 mA, and the liquid layer thickness in the glow discharge zone is 0.4-100 mm. It takes less than 12 min to reduce the content of silver ions in wastewater to the maximum permissible concentration. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
