FIELD: decontamination of liquids. SUBSTANCE: additional electrodes of heavy metal are introduced in the liquid to be decontaminated before the zone of discharged treatment os conducted in flow-through conditions by glow discharge of DC voltage within 0.35 to 8.0 kV and current within 40 to 200 mA, at a pressure of 0.1 to 100 mmHg in the reaction zone and temperature below the boiling point of the liquid under treatment; one or both electrodes are located in the gas phase at a distance of 0.5 to 30.0 mm to the surface of the liquid under treatment. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 1 tbl
