FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: a tert-butyloxycarbonyl-L-tyrosyl peptidoglycane monomer and a ¹²⁵J tracer derivative thereof, and a process for preparation thereof. Reagent 1: hydroxysuccinimide ether of tert- butyloxycarbonyl-L-tyrosine. Reagent 2: the peptidoglycane monomer is condensed in the presence of triethylamine. The resulting Boc-Tyr- PGM is separated by gel chromatography on a Sephadex G-25 column followed by chromatography on a silica gel column. The resulting product is treated with Na ¹²⁵J and chloroamine T ¹²⁵J. The Boc-Tyr-PGM is separated on a Sephandex G-25 column by eluting it with phosphate buffer. The Boc-Tyr-PGM is water soluble, non-pyrogenic when applied to rabbits at a rate of 0.3 mg/kg, non-toxic in vitro for lymphocytes and macrophages (200 mkg/10 cells).
