SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new O-substituted or O-nonsubstituted 6-sulfone- -amido-1,3-dioxepen-5-ol's of the formula (I) where R1 and R2 are hydrogen atoms, direct or branched C1-4-alkyl; R3 is nonsubstituted phenyl group or phenyl group substituted with acylamino-group at positions o-, m- or p-; Y is hydrogen atom or direct or branched C1-4-alkyl, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. These compounds are synthesized from 6-amino-1,3-dioxepane-5-ol, tetrahydro-6H-[1,3] -dioxepino- -[5,6-d]-oxazole, 5,6-epoxy-1,3-dioxepane or N-sulfonyltetra- -hydro-1H,4H-[1,3]-dioxepino-[5,6-d] -azirine as the parent substances.
