FIELD: road building. SUBSTANCE: device has self-moving chassis with a housing thermally insulated and heated with burners. A tank with paddle stirrer is installed in the housing. Discharging openings and rotary tray base of the tank have a jacket. Exhaust gases from chassis engine and from air duct of the pneumatic system enters the jacket.
