Fixed on base is guard made up of casing 2 for automobile front end made of reinforced concrete panels and two side panels made of the same material. Garage has locking arrangement with bracket welded to imbedded part of base 1. Fitted horizontally in hole of bracket is shaft with retaining ring, nut and washer to adjust horizontal displacement of shaft. Rigidly secured on shaft is grip 20. Handle 21 with angle plate with hole is fastened on shaft outside casing 2. Similar angle plate 24 with hole is fastened by bolt joint on outer surface of side panel 4. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities.
