SMALL-SIZE GARAGE FOR AUTOMOBILE Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: small-size garage has two channel beams 1 placed in parallel and serving as base of garage. Fitted on beams are fixed guides 2, automobile wheel stops 3, casing 4 following the outline of automobile front end portion, and two side panels for rear wheels. Metal lip 7 is welded to casing. Casing and side panels are made of sheet metal and are secured to skeleton made of metal angles. Garage is fastened to base at place of installation by means of concrete-encased anchors 8. Garage has locking arrangement consisting of cable 9 in insulation laid across automobile behind its passenger compartment, one end of cable being hinge-secured on panel, and other terminates in plate 10 with hole to be matched with similar plate 11 secured on panel 6 when tensioning cable 9.
