FIELD: heat engineering. SUBSTANCE: heat-exchanger has at least two tanks interconnected through pipes for flowing preferably a liquid heat carrier. The walls of the tanks has inner projections and outer hollows and outer lateral ribs. The ribs are arranged along the pipes and coupled with them to define passageways for flowing the second preferably a gasified heat carrier. The passageways are inclined to the direction of flow of the first heat carrier. The distance between projections (hollows) is greater than the distance between ribs.
