FIELD: cooling of oil in lubrication systems of internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: liquid-and-oil heat exchanger includes tube bundle arranged inside cylindrical shell which connects reservoirs provided with branch pipes and partitions mounted perpendicularly relative to tubes; these partitions divide inner space of heat exchanger into cavities and provide for flow of heat- transfer agent from one chamber to another. Pipe having beads at its ends is mounted coaxially to heat exchanger; beads of this pipe extend to outer side; pipe is provided with retainers which are engageable with it; these retainers are used for securing the partitions and giving support for reservoirs made in form of toroid, thus forming passages for heat-transfer agent; covers of reservoirs embrace the shell; covers are interconnected; one cover is provided with extrusion engageable with shell. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cooling; possibility of mounting heat exchanger directly on engine. 5 cl, 5 dwg
