Device carrying extendable rest with transmission link in the form of restoring member and drive to move rest in parallel to rotation axis of platform put on base gives pulse turn to drive. Rotation axes of chuck plate and platform are parallel. Shaft of chuck plate is located on periphery of platform. Table fixing testing article is mounted for turning on chuck plate. EFFECT: increased intensity of growth of leading edge of acceleration, simplified design and enhanced reliability of bed. 2 dwg
