FIELD: testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: rotary chuck plate with reversible drive which imparts motion pulse by application of rotation pulse to platform is put on rotating platform. Device imparting motion pulse incorporates flywheel with individual drive mounted uniaxially to platform, extending member installed in hole on periphery of flywheel, reversible drive to move extending member and rest with restoring member anchored on platform interacting with extending member. Chuck plate carries rotary table for attachment of tested article. Turning axle of chuck plate is parallel to rotation axis of platform. EFFECT: growth of intensity of acceleration, simplified design. 3 dwg
