FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: rotary faceplate 4 which is mounted on periphery of rotating platform 2 and carries rotary table for attachment of tested article 9 is given acceleration pulse by brake of platform. Axis of turn of faceplate is parallel to rotational axis of platform. Device to brake platform has easily cut-away element 16 anchored on base 1 in zone of rotation of platform and knife 18 with drive 19 mounted on periphery of platform for translational motion and interaction with cut-away element. Element 16 is manufactured in the form of perforated circular sector installed on arc of circumference with center laying of axis of rotation of platform. Perforation in cut-away element is located at level of cutting edge of knife in lowered position. EFFECT: simplified design of bed, increase of intensity of growth of acceleration. 2 dwg
