Abstract RU 2047321 C1

FIELD: separating materials. SUBSTANCE: extractor has mixing chamber 2, chamber 3 for discharging heavy phase and chamber 4 for discharging light phase, rotor 11 with transporting device 13, separating chamber and device 14 for discharging heavy phase, and device 15 for discharging light phase. Rotor 11 is made up as a solid cone shell. The top of the shell points down. Transporting device 13 is defined by the outer side of the top part of the shell positioned in mixing chamber 2. The separating chamber and device for discharging heavy phase 14 are defined by the outer side of the middle part of the shell positioned in the zone of the chamber 3 for discharging heavy phase. Device 15 for discharging light phase is constructed as the shell base positioned in chamber 4 for discharging light phase. The outer side of the shell is made of a material which is wettable by light phase and is not wettable by the heavy phase, e.g. fluoroplastic. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
