MIXER Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: chemical industry; building engineering. SUBSTANCE: mixer has many chambers and single additional chamber. Torus-shaped agitators are disposed in each mixing chamber. Agitators are connected with drums by flexible links. The drums are attached to main shaft of reversible drive of additional chamber. Flexible links are reeled up adjacent drums at opposite directions. The chambers communicate with systems for feeding components and removing ready mixture. Toruses moves alternately through the chambers due to reverse rotation of the shaft. Rarefaction alternates with pressing ready mixture away into removal system. Vacuum (pneumatic) and mechanical actions on components are combined in invention described. EFFECT: reduced power consumption; improved quality of mixing. 1 dwg
