FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: grinder has housing 1 provided with funnel 7 having outlet opening 9 and counter-cut 12, rotor 2 with working members, and mechanism for feeding screw 3. The funnel is provided with gate 8 freely mounted by way of the axle and mounted with a spaced relation to the rotor for permitting control of area of the outlet opening. In operation, the gate is locked by material to be treated. The gate can be provided with the movable tip mounted for permitting control of the space between the gate and working members of the rotor depending on the kind of material to be ground.
