FIELD: disintegrating by mills. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying multiple impact action to the solid particle surfaces in circulating air flow in shock chamber created by means of disk rotating at high speed, having a set of impact cams and impact ring. The solid particles under treatment have the average size of 0.1-100 mcm and the crushed particles are 0.01-100 mcm in size. The impact action unit in the device is made in form of disk rotating at high speed and having a set of impact cams radially spaced in given intervals on the external disk surface. Shock chamber provides for constant distance between the rotating disk and impact ring arranged along the surface of the most distant external circle of the impact cam orbit. A part of the impact ring is cut to give the solid particles with treated surface the way out and has a valve. A trough connected with outlet opening is made to discharge the solid particles with treated surfaces. The shock chamber has circulation duct with its one end opened on the impact ring and located apart from the outlet opening for discharging the treated solid particles and with its another end opened on the frontal cover in the center of the rotating disk.
