FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has laser radiation generator, laser instrumental head and laser radiation supply system to transfer the laser radiation in the mentioned head. The head has a pair of opposing capturing scalpel members in the form of end pieces put in action by operating medical man. The end pieces have working laser radiation emitters, they can be put together or taken apart. The laser end pieces receive the laser radiation from the laser generator through the supply system. The coming laser radiation is directed to the zone of the medical treatment and tissue treatment being in the closed space between the opposite end pieces brought together with their ends. The radiation is emitted from the end pieces through two laser radiation emitting transparent parts.
