FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making of amorphous covering film (versions). Film is produced by release of flame including particles of material for deposition by flame deposition gun towards substrate material. Said flame melts said particles while both flame and particles are cooled by cooling gas before said particles reach the substrate material. This device comprises tubular element arranged in the path of ejected flame to surround the latter extending through the particles fusion zone. Tubular element has flow section for cooling gas made there along and integral therewith.
EFFECT: possibility of using multiple metals of high melting point and barrow band of overcooling temperatures, suppression of the release of oxides.
