FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with finishing-strengthening treatment of surfaces of parts of machines by formation of coating from soft metals by method of surface plastic deformation. Tool has rotor with passages to feed technological mixture, wear- resistant cheeks, annular chamber with deforming members positioned inside and sources of magnetic field anchored on rotor and placed with alternation of sign of poles over circumference. Deforming members have cavities housing permanent magnets placed in symmetry relative to center of mass of deforming members. Rotor is manufactured from nonmagnetic materials.
