FIELD: reinforcing treatment. SUBSTANCE: tool has case provided with jaws, which form internal and peripheral annular chambers. Deforming elements are disposed inside each chamber, as well as drive of strike effect of deforming elements. The drive is made in form of a rotor mounted inside the case for providing rotation of the rotor being coaxial to the case; magnetic field sources are disposed radially inside the case. The sources are disposed at the same plane as axis of symmetry of internal and peripheral chambers. Jaws, which form annular chambers, are made separate; moreover, jaws of peripheral chamber are made of non-ferrous materials, as deforming elements of peripheral chamber do not rotate at circle direction under treatment. Frequency of interaction increase as well. As a result, number of grooves increase, which grooves are applied onto the surface treated during specific period of time.
