FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has storage with filler, filler feed gallery, drying section with filler bin and drying cylinder, cement storage, expendable cement hoppers, elevator and ready product hoppers, ready product storage, girder-shaped constructions, aspiration system conveyors, feeders, fans, cement catching filters, pneumatic pump, pipeline and hose system, crane and handling device. Apparatus is provided with gas purification unit having cyclone, superplasticizer storage, unpacking devices with plasticizer supply hoppers provided with sluice-type feeders and metering devices, grinding devices in the form of ball mills. Cyclone has hot air suction and aspiration system and waste collection hopper. Drying cylinder outlet is connected with expandable filler hoppers through hose system. Gas purification unit is mounted in front of girder-type construction, which supports expendable filler hoppers, cement hoppers and plasticizer supply hopper. Gas purification unit is connected with its one end to drying cylinder through cyclone and hot air suction duct, and with its other end to waste collection hopper. Ball mills are mounted behind girder-type construction. Inlet of each ball mill is connected with sluice-type feeder of superplasticizer supply hopper.
